At RESET Wild Spa we offer ice baths, a sauna and relaxation spaces hidden amongst nature. Our spa provides a serene and rejuvenating environment to allow you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in relaxation and wellness.
Tucked away in a wild meadow of long grasses, RESET Hertfordshire is a place to slow down and breathe.
Feel the deep, grounding heat of our log-fired sauna, then awaken your senses with and invigorating cold plunge. Drift between the heat and the cold, finding a natural rhythm that relaxes the body and clears the mind.
Spend time in our relaxation spaces with daybeds nestled in the meadow and a fire pit glowing as the evening draws in. It’s a simple ritual of heat, cold, fresh air and quiet connection to the landscape.
Open April 2nd - September 27th, the meadow spa invites you to rest, restore and RESET.

RESET Body sessions offer access to the ice baths, sauna and relaxation areas for up to an hour in off peak times. There are a maximum of 8 people per session.
Thursdays - 18.00 & 19.00
Fridays - 09.30 & 10.30

RESET Mind sessions offer access to the ice baths, sauna and relaxation areas for an hour in peak times. You will be offered a zingy turmeric and ginger shot, the fire pit shall be lit and you are welcome to bring your own alcohol. There are a maximum of 8 people per session.
